What are your return policies?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  • For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
  • For changed mind or sizing issues: Return shipping is at your expense.

How long does delivery take?

Our total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of order.
This includes:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australia holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at support@casavier.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a free replacement. If the issue happens again, you’ll receive a full refund.

Is my online order secure?

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If it’s still not working after that, reach out to us and we’ll assist you.

How much are the shipping costs?

There are no hidden fees or additional charges—Sales Tax is included in all prices.

Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our Track Your Order page. If it’s past the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@casavier.com

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days for eligible items.
If the replacement is in stock, we’ll ship it after receiving your original item.

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defect, we’ll cover shipping.
  • Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
